These terms govern your use of the KWFinders website and tools at kwfinders.com. By using KWFinders you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

About KWFinders

KWFinders provides free website analysis and technical SEO tools and is developing its Free Keyword Search Volume Checker and related research tools. Keyword features show their availability on the tool pages. Core tools do not require mandatory sign-up.

Permitted use

You may use the service lawfully for your own SEO research and for analysing public websites you are permitted to inspect. You may use the results in your own work.

Prohibited use

Do not use the service to:

• probe or scan private systems or networks, or attempt unauthorized access;
• overload, disrupt or interfere with the service, other users or the websites you check;
• evade rate limits or use automation to extract data in bulk;
• copy, resell or redistribute the service or the data it returns;
• submit unlawful material, malware or other people's confidential information;
• suggest that Google, Ahrefs or any other provider endorses or is affiliated with KWFinders.

Fair use and rate limits

Request, input and crawl limits protect availability for all users. If a limit is reached, wait before trying again. Do not bypass those limits. We may limit or block abusive traffic.

Keywords, URLs and information you submit

You are responsible for the keywords, URLs and settings you submit and for having permission to submit them. Do not submit personal information, credentials or confidential URLs. You keep any rights you have in what you submit. By submitting it you allow us to process it, and to share it with the relevant third-party services as needed to perform your requested check, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party services and data

Relevant checks use Google Ads, Google PageSpeed Insights, Google Public DNS, RDAP registry services and Ahrefs. Google, Ahrefs, registries and other providers control their own data, quotas and terms and may change or withdraw them. Their names, metrics and trademarks remain their property; keep any attribution shown with results.

KWFinders is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google or Ahrefs.

Accuracy of keyword and SEO data

Keyword volume, CPC, competition and similar metrics are estimates from third-party sources. They can be delayed, incomplete, rounded or unavailable, and can differ from other tools. Advertiser competition describes paid search, not organic ranking difficulty. Audit findings describe the pages we fetched at a single point in time. Verify important decisions against other evidence.

No ranking or traffic guarantees

SEO findings, scores, recommendations and AI-readiness checks are informational. They do not guarantee rankings, traffic, indexing, security, revenue or inclusion in search or AI systems.

Intellectual property

The KWFinders name, logo, site content and software are owned by their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer ownership of third-party metrics, trademarks or content. Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer the service except where the law allows it.

Service availability

The service is provided as available. It may be interrupted, rate-limited or unavailable, including when a third-party service is down. Reports are stored only for the stated retention period, so save any results you need.

Changes to the service

We may add, change, suspend or discontinue tools, features or limits at any time, for example because of provider changes, security, cost or legal reasons.

Restriction and termination

We may block, limit or suspend access, including by IP address and without notice, if we believe these terms are being broken, the service or others are at risk, or the law requires it. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and results are provided as is and as available, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. You are responsible for assessing results before acting on them.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost opportunities or lost data arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version on this page with a new last-updated date. Review this page periodically. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
